Amidst all the excitement, I’m afraid there are just a couple of dull but necessary bits…. and here’s one of them:

Video release forms.

Yes, we can’t include you in the video without a signed one of these – whatever your age. It doesn’t matter how nicely you smile at us or promise it will be ok, really. It’s a signed form or nothing, I’m afraid

For adults this should all be very straightforward. Just turn up on the day and give us a scribble.

However, if you’re under 18, you need to do one of two things:

- make sure you bring a parent or guardian with you to sign the form on Sunday.

- or if you really want to be with your mates and DON’T want to be with a parent, download and print this form, get it signed and bring it with you.

Ok? Please spread the word to everyone you know. We don’t want to have to turn anyone away!
